Heating allowance

I wonder how many poor pensioner's will be silly enough to spend their heating allowance on other people instead of enjoying the extra comfort that can be had by heating their homes a bit better,
I hope that all pensioner's take advantage of any help they are entitled to, such as extra insulation. Please stay as warm as you can.

I don't think it is a matter of being silly.

It depends on how you pay and how much.

If via monthly Direct Debit and depending
on the payments and the summer months.

Much could have been pre-paid. One payment does not fit all.

The ideal is of course to keep warm and insulate.
