Let us suppose a north Korean journalist was in Britain at the time of the 'riots' would what they saw and heard give a true picture of our life here? If you listen to our media you get the impression that we are starving our people. Is this 'truth'.
It IS true that they say that "the first thing that is lost in journalism is the truth" as one person's truth might be another person's propaganda.
While we are aware of this we have to take in as much information as comes out of secretive and repressive countries like North Korea as they deliberately try to hide from us that while their ruling elite live in luxury most of their people are dying of starvation.
It does not matter how closed any regime like that might be, eventually the truth DOES come out. All we have to do to see it and hear it is keep out eyes open and our ears close to the ground.
