At 66 I can't afford to be a pensioner, (Thanks Gordon) I am still working 50 hrs a week and in it for the duration it seems. Both my pension and my endowment mortgage went (mammary glands) up and Thing3 is about to start University.(Yes I was a late starter, we decided to practice a lot before we had kids  Roll Eyes) So although I get my state pension paid I haven't noticed it and am certainly no better off.
