Tax and pension credits

Hi......I'm hoping someone can help me

When filling in my tax form do I just put the state pension I receive for the year and not include the pension credit I receive? ....i ask because my sister informs me I shouldn't include pension credits....

Sorry Betsy, but as far as I am aware you have to admit to ALL income in your tax form no matter where it comes from.

I cannot see the government letting anybody away with anything in this cruel-to-pensioners country !

Your best and safest bet would be to phone your local tax office and get the answer you want straight from the horses mouth !
