no better place to commit crime then the UK

So the next time you get annoyed about a sentence.

It is one that this Government approved and planned for.

Arise for Judge Brown - deliver the next soft sentence
with 50 percent plus discount if forced to imprison.

But take heed, if they have money make sure you
deliver a high fine plus Victim Tax.

No money and they will never pay a fine anyway.
Make up one of those twaddle sentences no one
understands or where it is constantly changing.
