Brown's BIG Brother Britain
« on: January 04, 2010, 01:03:29 AM »
The last time I had a camera taken off me by the police was in Red Square, Moscow.
After being marched off at gunpoint, I was given it back by another Officer after
it was examined.

I put that down to the oppressive nature of the Country.

So I was surprised to see that police confiscated cameras from members of the public
last Sunday who  gathered to see the Royal Family go to and from St Mary Magdalene
church in Sandringham, Norfolk. Preventing them taking pictures.

There are many people who are interested in photography who by all accounts are
treated like terrorists. It is not that they are photographing in sensitive areas they
are pursuing their pastime.

I put this down to an oppressive government who target the innocent to be
politically correct.

It is getting out of hand, I agree, more and more, Britain is starting to resemble a Communist country, in it's attempts to control everything we do, think and say.

Cheers, HG

The first ever Trial without a jury started this week.

One Judge who is also Jury.

All part of Brown's BIG Brother Britain.

If I disappear in the night - soon you won't know what happened to me.

If the US is involved - you won't know now...

The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA), a Quango arm of the DOT
have been forced to release information via a fight with a BBC request made
in July 2008.

Why the government want to keep secret the details of MOT failures is beyond
me. But no doubt they are testing the level of information they can keep
secret. All part of this topic title.

They were released in a difficult to understand form but Martin Rosenbaum
from the BBC has converted them into an excel spreadsheet

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/opensecrets/MOT_Make_Model_Comp_2007.xls

How does this help us? If you have a certain car of a certain year, you can see what
they fail the MOT on.

You can then take extra care in making sure that this item is OK before the MOT.

This is just one part of their use. It also helps you make decisions.

Bad Luck - Gordon - the people won this one.

There are over8million criminal record check for jobs, some of which around 4000,000 contained convictions or Police Intelligence information.
There are plans to expand, if they haven't already done it to,expand capacity to read number plates, from 35 million a day to 50 million a day.
Some 216 Catalogue companies have signed up to Abacus data sharing.
The data base on Finger prints contain well over 6million sets of prints.
An individual can be captured on more than 300 cameras a day.
Enforcement bodies have made over 4000,000 requests for data from mobile network operators.
Several million motorists have been caught by speed cameras for speeding.
And there must be by now several children that have been electronically tagged.
The list goes on, hows that for Big Brother Britain.

All under New Labour - New Danger

That is how it went - it turned out to be completely true.

Everyone is treated as a potential criminal or terrorist.

This no doubt enables the criminal's and terrorist's human
rights to be honoured.

Brown has enabled Big Brother Britain - Perhaps he would
make a reply if a card was written for him.

Only joking he does not communicate with the electorate
until he wants a vote...
