Thats not evidence - its a news story.

Well it is evidence of another matter - this government have
known about this situation for over 12 months and at the last
minute have started to talk as if they have been doing something,
during all that time.

This man was a criminal and he was dealt with in accordance
with the law of the Country he was caught in.

If he was a loony then he wasn't a criminal.

UK Prisons are full of 'loonys' this is well known.

Should they all be let out?

Off topic a bit guys n' gals....Can I bring it back a bit ?

Making electricity via the heat/steam produced in a nuclear pile is neither cheap nor easy - or safe - to do, ( thinking about Chernoble and Three Mile Island ), and every time a new nuclear pile is built along with it has to come the irradiated wastes that are produced. EVERY OUNCE of that waste that has been produced around the world by the nuclear-power countries is still lying about waiting to be dealt with.

The fact that six+billion people on this earth is too many has nothing whatsoever to do with the fact that some countries want to make electricity via nuclear fission just because they can.

Then there is the other side to this problem:

Where countries are unable to make electricity via nuclear fission they are making serious arguments that they should be allowed to have this capability just as we have and many of these third-world countries are in fact just wanting to use them to make atomic bombs with.

The "nuclear club" - as it is called - includes  countries like Israel, Pakistan, India and soon to include North Korea and Iran and if we are to push for nuclear non-proliferation we cannot keep on proliferating it ourselves.
