Yes Sally, Today it was Patricia Hewitt and if that is anything to go by I don't think I am going to be very impressed. The national papers say 100000 e.mails patient complaints were received by radio 4 prior to this week long programme. Not many have been heard over the week. No mention of poor performance at all. The doctors and staff remain the holy cow.
