Let's get real here shall we.....
Just because there are more people in Engurland in a specific area does not mean that that is how the "rest of the UK" are thinking.
The floating voters...,( the ones that are adept at jumping ship at the first sign of a wee wave ), are the ones that swing back and forth from Labour to Tory and back again as they practice their fickle voting habits.
Most of them are so easily conned by the promises of the politicos that are looking for their votes that they buy their crap EVERY TIME.
This does not necessarily mean that they know what they are doing when they thoughtlessly lay their little crosses in the boxes of the candidates that promise more than the next one does.
In my estimation, the ones that swung their votes from right to left and back again over the past thirty years or more of government are not even sure of what they are doing at the best of times.
Very few of these so-called "floating voters" ever vote FOR anything as they are far too busy voting AGAINST stuff.
A heluva negative way to do anything, I think.
