Billy is much the same M.C. he doesn't come out of his cage and he is also in a much larger cage than a normal budgie cage so at least he can stretch out his wings in comfort. He can be very noisy at times especially if my youngest son is here talking to me, it is as though he is in competition with him.

Billy has loads of toys but seem to have a favourite. :)

On that note I must go to bed now so I will bid you a good night. :)

My opinion, for what it's worth, is to get another dog, whichever needs you most, put the budgie in a regular cage with it's star-thing and store the big cage outside somewhere so it can be used by the bird in Summer. (Might be as well to find a dog that doesn't mind spending time outside  ;D ) Or you could always get a fish-tank...

Lovely pic M.C.  Is or was your dog? He's a beauty.  'Clever Clogs' you are getting the pic onto a post, here am I still just a posting hack with no skill.😄

Thankyou Hugh and CC too, you have kindly given me the instruction which I duly saved on my iPad in the past CC, time I tried again.  Miserable woman I am because I do enjoy the pictures posted.
