Reminds me many years ago when I was on a penpal site and sent an email to one person (or so I though) but I'd actually done the reply all - it was before the days of forums, facebook, and twitter - I called one woman a witch, she was not happy but fortunately she lived in Salam so I hastily assured her I was speaking about the town she lived in rather than anything personal and I had just not read properly my email before I sent it. :-\
