Went to feed the pigs today and was greeted by some new arrivals to the farm... two well shorn pedigree Ryeland tups. Being pedigree sheep, they have names and as they're 2 years old, the initial letter is 'V' and they're called 'Victor' and 'Valiant'. I pointed out that along with 'Vulcan' these were the names of the British 'V' bombers during the cold war era. I don't think the sheep worry about these things.
