Pets can never be replaced but it is amazing there is all ways just 1 pet who will come and take over when your pet dies.

When Andy's previous owner died he was with the person who phoned me to say he needed a home. I told him to put the phone to his ear and I asked him if he would come to our home as our previous dog had died. He did put his tail up so I assume he was saying yes. I told him it would take me about 30 minutes to get to him. He waited.

My dog Scrumpy lived for 16 years .. She was everything to us.. We booked our holidays around her ..
Our days was spent in the park .. we knew every tree.!

We've just had a tree planted, complete with a plaque, at the pet crematorium where our cat was cremated.

It's in a plot large enough for our ashes, & those of any other of our pets, to go when the time comes.

I remember my first dog. He made an error and was born before the end of the second world war 3 years before me. Sadly he died in 1961. I got my second dog 5 days later.
