I would be very surprised if they were.

They can call these organisations by any name they like but a building becoming a military command centre, swiftly followed by Germany/Italy offering to lead forces says it all. Its an army.

I don't think the UK has been over sensible on some of the past conflicts that its stepped into........could be us leaving the EU means our troops will have dodged a bullet so to speak.

In hostile circumstances I bet they ask to borrow the Queen Elizabeth...or lease it at an exorbitant rate hopefully.

Not wishing to be pedantic but the correct title is HMS Queen Elizabeth, not the Daily Fail title of The Queen Elizabeth

I kid you not, considering everyone in the EU are partners, the chart seems to show there's a lot of "observers" stepping forward & a shortage of Action Jacksons. The UK will be observers............via the TV.
