Census

Just thought I would share this thought that was in one of today's newspapers.

On the forthcoming census write in large letters across the pages 'out of EU' (if that is your opinion) as they felt this should have been an opportunity to poll the people on their views without the expense of a referendum.

Also although you have to send it back you do not have to fill it in truthfully as it is supposed to be confidential so how would they check the answers?

I have already decided Mickey and Minnie will be living at my house on census day, maybe Goofy as a visiter.

I know you have to do the census but i think a £1,000 fine and a criminal record is a bit much, but just in case can i still be on this site from prison. And having just recieved my gas and electric bills perhaps it might be the cheapest option. Can i do my time in Gibraltar the rum is much cheaper hope you can fix it.

Take heart 300,000 did not fill it in last time and only 300 were prosecuted and in prison you would be a conscientious objector and treated as a hero for standing up to the government ;)

It is interesting to note that there are special questions on the Welsh language but none on Cornish or the Scottish language or Irish for that matter (and certainly no Canadian so I have to ask for a translation  ;D
