I doubt that Sky, or any of the others will warn you of the costs without being forced to, it might put you off using the service,
Online gambling sites don't advertise "Gamble Aware" for your benefit, no more than cigarette companies want to warn you about the possible consequences of smoking,

I suggested above that Ofcom should 'insist' that an audible warning prefaces connection to 118118 ie 'Charges for this service are £8 a minute' as a caveat to continuance. With both gambling and smoking you are aware of the cost of progression, the latter by statute law as a health warning, which was eventually forced upon the sellers of tobacco. 118118 has no price provision, you just apparently have to accept the charge, post transaction, in reality buying blind? Would Tesco be permitted to sell you sausages on a 'buy now find the price out later' basis?  This should surely be controlled by legislation, (sale of goods act etc) especially as you could incur a cost of £480 an hour if you forgot to disconnect, which happens quite frequently with older users apparently.
