A skill I always envied but I couldn't do it. It's the reason I've never been up an Alp. What's the point if one is yodel-less.. ???

I tried to close my last HSBC bank account over the phone, it was a credit card account, but I made a mistake when answering the security question, a memorable place (obviously not memorable enough) most of the questions only have one possible answer, they chose one where the answer is changeable, so I had to go to the branch in Landrindod and take photo ID, It appears that my biggest mistake was by leaving one penny CREDIT, in the end I had to agree to have the penny paid into my other bank account, it would have been much easier to open an account ...  ;D
