I'm ink free but people seem very proud of their tats. May I suggest that their skins might be flayed, preferably post mortem, and made into lampshades as gifts for their nearest and dearest. That way they can bring light to their families for many years to come.

I quite like subtle, discreet, well designed tattoos which can be covered up if necessary. I don't like them from the neck upwards, some people are going to look grotesque when they start to age!

Especially the blokes who have tattoos that start out as Llandudno & end up as Ludo.

When I was approaching my 60th birthday I told all my children that I was going to get a tattoo and they all had the same reaction which was.......go for it mum..........because I didn't shock them I didn't bother.
