The best time to phone someone is before they pass away.

Worst place we ever lived was Lincolnshire for flies absolutely horrendous.

Where in Lincolnshire?

You must have been in South Lincolnshire in the Fenland / Wash area.

We hardly ever see a fly, or any other insects, in North Lincolnshire.

We did have a pet moth recently & I rescued it from a spider's web a couple of times.

On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds not far from Louth.  Every summer was unbearable, lost account of the times we had to call out the Environmental Health Department.  Such a shame because it is such a beautiful area.
