Oh My Word!
« on: Apr 05, 2011, 07:05:17 PM »
I have had an e-mail from the BBC 2 producer of Dermot O'Learys music show to ask me if he can do a telephone interview with me on Thursday about my evacuee story and the songs we sang at that time.

Its due to be broadcasted this coming Saturday the 9th from what I can gather so wish me luck.

A great opportunity to get a reference to your objection to a two tier pensions system in if you are asked anything about how the welfare system came into play - you never know if there will be an opening for a comment and if you think about it now you can take grab the opportunity - but no pressure enjoy the moment  :)

Many thanks Cam and Chris.

It will be only to do with what the programme is about Chris so I am afraid I wont be saying anything about the pensions.
If it had been of later years of my life that would be a different kettle of fish.  ;D

Its on the radio this coming Saturday from what I can gather Cam. If its any good that is.  :D

I hope it turns out OK Hugh because sometimes I lose my voice with being asthmatical. I will have to sit and rest for an hour because if I get up doing anything I get too puffy and thats when my voice goes.
Just have to hope for the best.  :)
