I hope they both find time to relax during their gruelling work schedule.

It is sometimes difficult to assess a persons work. I was talking to somebody who does school finance visits and he is only at each school for about 2 hours and tries to do 8 to 10 visits to different schools a week.
He says as well as writing up reports he spends a lot of time driving between schools.
His official week is 37 hours but he says in practice it is over 40 because of traffic jams etc.
His office is on the north side of the city but he has to make visits to the south east and west as well.
He does have a sat nav but they are not perfect. He tries to visit nearby schools on the same day but that is not always possible.
