Anybody going on the Titanic?.

One of my ancestors was booked on the second voyage of the Titanic. If he had been booked on the maiden voyage you may not have had me on this forum.

Do you know if he got a refund on his ticket?

Wonder if it will have an authentic number of lifeboats?

a fascinating fact emerged from the divers who found the wreck
the first class swimming pools were still filled

Apparently it's being built as a theme ride ship & they had intended to have a simulated collision with an iceberg.

However, unlike the original Titanic, it hasn't gone down too well so that part of the trip has been scrapped.

I thought it was in poor taste by making fun of the inequality of the class structure on the Titanic because there was only one swimming pool which was for 1st class passengers.

Therefore there were no other swimming pools for the lower classes that could have remained full of water after the Titanic sank  ;) .

That's good to know, he must have had a sinking feeling when he thought he might have lost his money.
