M&S upset feminists
« on: Nov 20, 2018, 03:07:38 PM »
Apparently their window display and slogan have caused offence...

I've no opinion on this other than it seems some are easily offended but will ask why a lot of M&S products seem to be aimed at 30 or 40 somethings while from observation of in shop customers (in the days we had an M&S) the shoppers mostly seem to be 60+.

  ‘Must Have Fancy Little Knickers.’

Us women all need knickers.. even at Christmas.. Let them be fancy.
Wish I still looked good in fancy little knickers.. Alas ,mine are comfy cotton.

I bet those women who complained wear BIG drawers.
Everything will be alright in the end, and if it’s not alright, its not the end.

Not the food halls surely? Where's the middle class to shop then, Tesco's?

Not at our nearest one. They took over half of a B&Q and there is a shared car park with pretty cramped spaces. Lidl next door built from scratch and have the best car park of any I use.

The best car park near here is the M25..

 ;D ;D ;D

I'm pleased to say it has been years since I used the M25. It didn't even have the automated money boxes when I last used it. I hope I never have to again.

No I'm Northampton born and bred and live there now. This should be evident from the amount of old cobblers in my posts. 🤣
