5.30am Swimming Club.

A 5.30 am swimming club has started on Saturday. This would be ideal to follow the 4am running club.

Where I come from there is nothing to compare with a midnight swim in the North Sea. ;D

Bee.. The North Sea..!! 
 We are weaklings down here.. We have the slow flowing River Mole here and a little bridge to jump from.. It is best to check before doing so because in heatwaves it has been known to dry up..
