the feel good factor,
« on: Dec 28, 2018, 07:50:29 AM »

what is it that gives us the feel good factor, is it simple things like getting a hug from a grand child, or some one you haven't met in a long time, even family members which suddenly turn up out if the blue, its suprising that at times we feel good about our selves for what ever the reason,

Q;     so what is it that gives you that feel good factor and will you tell us about it,.

Mine is easy, when I find I've lost a bit more weight.  ;D  Getting my jeans out the dryer and not having a massive fight to get the beggers on. ::)   ;D

1.Getting a bargain in the sales.

2. Walking on a sunny day

3. Dining out with friends/relatives.

*Waking up in the morning feeling pretty much ok, and having tea in bed brought by my ever loving.
*Seeing either of my children, and any of my grandchildren!
*Meeting my best friend for a coffee and a natter.
*Noticing the spring bulbs peeping through the earth
*Walking through the local park to the library on a nice day

Wining on a scratch card..
 Spring.
 Fireworks
 MUSIC.
Giggling
Everything will be alright in the end, and if it’s not alright, its not the end.

Once we are into new year the countdown to caravan season opening flies by. Loading the car to the scuppers and returning to meet up with old friends is always good - even if we find half a ton of sand has blown onto the decking. It can't get into the boiler again as I've screwed a plastic cover over the flue.

I guess I would benefit from the "feel good" factor if my poor wife's health would improve and she would cheer up a bit.
