All pensioners should have a tax free allowance of £30,000 pa and only pay tax on income above that. And no pensioner with an income below that should pay Council Tax either. Economic migrants should pay double tax and have less access to resources such as housing, education and health care. After 10 years they can apply to be British citizens if they want the same rights as British born people.
No immigrant should get social housing while there is a British born person waiting.
This would ensure that the people who have put most into the community get most back.
