robbing the N.H.S.
« on: Feb 07, 2019, 08:55:25 AM »
Recently seeing a programme on the T.V which was about a specialised team who were set up to catch N.H.S. cheats , people fiddling the N.H.S BIG TIME,

and over a period of time they did catch these scum all six of them who ended up in jail who as a team worked systematically carrying out a plan which involved mass amounts of money, as they robbed the N.H.S ,.

for these people i wished that the courts could asset strip them of everything they own, or have, in depriving them of anything leaving them potless as a severe punishment, take every thing they've got completely,

fining them and sending them to jail only means that once their time was up they still had assets gained either illegally doubtfully honestly of their own to start work all over a again on another scam,

how many more are yet to be caught, doing or carrying out similar acts of robbing our national health service,

Q; what are your views or comments on N.H.S.cheats in general, and what else should we be doing about these scum bags,

They are asset-stripped.

I agree, they should be made to compensate us as well as returning the proceeds. I doubt if they will be subject to any more than the latter.

Sadly where you have large bureaucratic organisations with lots of money sloshing about, like the NHS, there will be thieves working out ways of getting their hands on it. It happens is the banks, the unions, local government etc. etc.

There is something called the "Proceeds of Crime" act whereby criminals can be stripped of financial gains made through such illegal acts.

How sad that such legislation was never applied to the "banksters" after the financial crash of 2008/9. None of them have ever been made to pay.
