Nexgen Ltd
« on: Feb 09, 2019, 09:38:03 AM »
Following on from the recent post on email hacks a couple of weeks ago I had a pop up on the phone that said I would be charged £4.50 per week unless I clicked Cancel. Thinking this would then be charged for I ignored it. I then found this company had charged £4.50 to my mobile account. Doing some research it appears these are a bunch of criminal scum that nobody seems willing to do anything about. My phone is now blocked for any external charge. These jackets need to be caught and subjected to heavy fined and jailed for a long time!

I am shocked to think scammers can do these things.

Your mobile phone provider will have to reimburse you, unless it's as a result of something you did unwittingly such as replying to a free competition etc.

You need to find out how the charge originated & report it to the PSA.
