I went out for a short drive armed with my camera, took one of the scenic back routes from Llanwrthwl to Elan Village (there's two options both 4 and a quarter miles) a very colourful journey at this time of year, took a few pics on route and by the Visitors Centre then back home the quick way for dinner.

Heavy frost but brilliant sunshine. Doing some proper cooking for a change - salmon fillet for myself today and preparing venison casserole for Sunday when my neighbour comes round.

This morning. We splashed our way to Crystal Peaks shopping centre, Sheffield.

Back home, after lunch. I spent the rest of the afternoon, baling 4" of water out of my garage inspection pit...  ::)
