The snow has been replaced by heavy rain today, so we haven't gone far.  Short of milk so I took the camper on a run to the 'Nisa' store in the next village.  No use for major shop, but great for small items.  Bought a newspaper - not so much to read as it was all gloom and doom,  but to light the fire!

Still raining and instead of snooker on TV, it's schools programmes.  Watched a bit on iPlayer, but it was having difficulties with sound.  Bad enough having no audience, but totally silent snooker is weird.

No real inspiration for dinner so it's just homemade burgers, coleslaw and chips.
You'll have had your tea.

Dayjo and Chris.. Mia was all clear  ;D . Thankfully so was her granddad who's my sole carer!

Zoony. That's great news!
You can all breath a happy sigh... :)

It is our Mia's 11th birthday, this coming weekend.

Grandma had the idea, of us sponsoring a guide dog puppy for her.
Mia chose, Murphy, a beautiful golden retriever cross.

She is one happy, and excited young lady!  ;)

i remember my young cousin came racing in from school at lunchtime desperate for a penny for a black baby... so he got the penny and skipped back to school
he came home that night sobbing... they took the penny but never gave him a black baby... ::)
