« on: Mar 31, 2019, 11:15:38 PM »
Just to confirm the 4am and 5am running clubs are not holding any more meetings. The 4.30am running club will meet next Saturday  and Sunday.

It's about time the 4:30 club disbanded too.. and it can't come too soon for me..
Good luck to you Brian if you are still running.. though I have a suspicious feeling that you are not..

Just to remind you the 4.30am running club commences tomorrow. It is also the new tax year.

Yes. You pay VAT on your trainers and shorts.

Run went well. We rang a few door bells on the way round. The odd person who came to the door was astonished. I was the only pf member there.

If you had rung my doorbell at that time I would have set to dog on you - you would have become a four-minute-miler! ;D

Maybe they have a cooked breakfast with fried bread at the run? :) A modern chef would do bread three ways: eggy bread, friedfand toast!

I used to love fried bread on a Sunday morning with a big breakfast of egg, sausage, bacon, mushrooms ect. But It's been over 20 years since I ate anything fried and sometimes I really long for some FB.  :(

Some 15 years ago, we acquired a DiL, who would gobble almost anything.
She loved fried bread. (As do I, with a full english breakfast).

Away on holiday. As a joke, I saved her a slice, every breakfast time. Bringing all 7 slices home.

They were all eaten, (cold), within 24 hours......

4.30am running club went well this morning. We have 2 new members.
We came across 2 homeless people sleeping in tents. We told them to get a job.
