Mobility Scooter Epidemic

My local shopping precinct has now degenerated into a dodgem arena. There are so many fat smokers on mobility scooters it has become dangerous to even window-shop.

I have a friend who had a serious back injury and was allocated a mobility scooter and he told me that he has to carefully time his shopping trips to avoid being rammed by a twenty stone Exocet.
 
The mobility scam has gone viral.

I think they get points for how many pedestrians they hit.


5 for children   10 for child with mother   20  if mother is pregnant.
    40 for two pensioners
 and a GOLD STAR   for anyone on crutches.

Scrumpy, you might want to buy one for self-defence if the move that's afoot to bring electric scooters, that's the two small wheels and a long handle type, here and legalize them. Those things are lethal!
