Grandad Paying.

Why did a woman complain about me paying for my 2 granddaughters lunch. Using my money first makes sense. Less inheritance tax and less for care fees.

The answer I got is my daughters should be paying for me. My daughters were there as well and I paid for theirs as well.

Ah yes, but you asked us why she said that but the only person who knows is the lady herself.

How would a random woman know who is paying for what! I went to the park today with my grandson, my daughter in law and her mum.  I bought my grandson an icecream.  It could have been any of us, no one mentioned it.

He's staying with us for a couple of days, it will be a pleasure to treat him.  Birmingham seems full of random strangers commenting on Brian's life. Glad I don't live there.

No-one down South ever cares who’s paying for who.. We have better manners.

Brian. You make it sound as if you are the ONLY grandad who pays for his grandchildren.. Don’t be such a twerp.

We have some weird people around Birmingham. I would imagine most grandads and grandmothers pay for something for their sons or daughters and grandchildren. Dad did some paying for his son granddaughters and great granddaughters. He never complained.
