I don't need to go to a different country, just a different county.
Spending a couple of weeks deep in the Ribble Valley does it for me. I come back and no one here in the South can understand me!

It's in the Oxford dictionary & applies to people who are over-sensitive to things & feel offended & unable to deal with an opposing viewpoint.
