A bit of a google search turned up an English Mastiff weighing 343 pounds or 24 stone 7 - that’s 11 stone more than I weigh

Couldn't find a purple poppy. The vet selling them said he'd only seen pins rather than flowers.

A friend of mine had two great danes.  She was just a small lady and lived in a detached house with a large front garden.  One day a gang of lads were having a fight on her front lawn.  She opened her front door with a great dane on either side of her.  The lads took one look and fled.
