For Brian

If you read this to the end Brian, you may find that it was not his fault that he was homeless and he was a genuinely good man.

I hope Brian looks at this.. but somehow I doubt it..
Everything will be alright in the end, and if it’s not alright, its not the end.

We often walk along the prom at New Brighton and saw this homeless man.  I remember a lady was giving him a sandwich and I thought that was nice of her but thought no more about it.  Having done jury duty in Liverpool, I have a bit of a jaundiced view about beggars but this article made me stop and think.

I think this story shows that there are good and bad in all walks of life. But joking seriously he should have got a job, not sat around begging.

If you read to the end, it explains that he had brain damage from when he tried to save a colleague from drowning.  He had been in a coma for six weeks and lost the sight in one eye.  I bet (as Ashy jokes seriously), Brian has not read it to the end.
