Mine went in a few days ago but the letter arrived today, seems a waste of time & postage to me.

My husband's share went into his account a few days ago but his letter came today.  As you say, a waste of money sending letters.  I haven't had my letter or £100 yet.

If you had a letter Sheila it would have stated that the payments will go in your banks at different times so don't worry.

We get €6 a week from November until the end of January....if 3 consecutive nights go down to -5 we get an extra euro!!!!
Considering we have 350 Syrians moving into houses around my County...i feel quite lucky!!
BTW. . a Syrian family turned down a beautiful semi detatched house on a posh estate here in Tipperary last week...guess what?...they moved them to Rose Lawn Estate on Rosanna Rd. Tipp Town.
Google Map it!..it's at the edge of Rosanna Rd. The R661
You will see how swanky it is!!

PS: the estate opposite is called Rosanna Close.
Just to mention that recently loads had to move out because the new reduced Rent Allowance did'nt help tenants enough to pay rent..so they had to source cheaper digs...our Syrian friends..must be minted then.. moving into abodes that irish have been forced to leave this Summer due to lack of funds!!
Google Map their new homes!

Be thankful we have it this year Yellow Bird. What makes you think we will not get it next year. We have kept though all the cut backs while the Tories got our books in order so I see no reason for it to be stopped now.

Hello Sheila,
if  you  have on line banking, you can check your statements which will tell you if the money has been paid in,

although rare,  once in the past iv had the letter after the money was paid in  but I put that down to the royal mail,

Thanks Hugh and Alfred.  I am not worried about the £100 but I am annoyed at the waste of money in sending out the (IMO) unnecessary letters.  I do check my accounts online most days, mainly just to reassure myself that all is well.

It is indeed a nice area, we can all have a drive round it.
