Anyone who does not happen to have 1 or 2 BBC computers in working order
lying around (I have 2) yet wants to mess around in that sort of way should look no
further:

BBC Emulator for Macintosh:

https://www.bannister.org/software/horizon.htm

BBC Emulator for Windows:

http://www.mkw.me.uk/beebem/index.html

BBC Emulator for Linux:

http://beebem-unix.bbcmicro.com/index.html

People who cannot be bothered installing an emulator but just want to fool around with retro games:

No, but have a Dragon 32 in the attic. Wrote programs to draw pictures on the TV for the kids who now have kids of their own. Suddenly I feel old! :(

Reminds me to dig out one of my ZX81's (with extended 16k Rampack) and have a play.Luckily I still have an old working tape player.

Strangely enough I recently came across a  newer version of the old Atari 8bit console with 20 built in Atari games in a box of junk in the loft. I think we got it in a charity shop years ago. I took a look at the games. They were so poor I can't imagine how I once thought they were fun when I bought the original console for my children. I'll see if I can flog it on eBay.
