I told a woman to join her company pension scheme.

I warned her she would have little to live on now if she did not make provision for her later years. She is now complaining she has next to nothing.

I assume that you warned her a number of years ago when you were working & that she too has now retired.

i warned her 40plus years ago. She said there is no point joining a pension scheme.
