Life Insurance Cover

Not got one myself, but many adverts trying to make out you can leave thousands of pounds to cover funeral expenses for your love one's for less than £2 a week. It would take 10 years to pay in £1000 it sounds like a very big con to me.

IMO you'd do better putting the cash under your mattress. They are all just saving schemes with a probably negative rate of return. Somebody has to pay for Parkies successor the TV ads and the "free" gifts.
