I'm not sure 'adorable' is the word I'd use..'Nightmare' comes to mind..And now he's a commodity being hawked around for money..Perhaps I'm being harsh..

I feel rather sorry for the little savant..I'm being sympathetic when I say that his father looked like a spare part..

My son and I were trying to set up his new phone yesterday, so stressful.  I bet this little chap could have done it in minutes.  I wouldn't like to be his parents.

Very unusual child.  I agree with zoony re savant, I think he must be on the spectrum somewhere.  Certainly not neurotypical.

I posted the clip as I thought he's just a lovely little lad who happens to be very bright.   He goes to an ordinary playschool and as far as I know, he's not being hawked around for money.

You're right Alex, inasmuch as they wouldn't normally get paid, other than plane fare, meals and a nice hotel, but the interest and publicity generated from such an appearance generally leads to fairly lucrative offers from all over the place.

I've known teenagers who couldn't recognise the Union Jack after many years of education.

He's showing one of the classic signs of Aspergers in a child.
