When the children were young many years ago, for a special treat I'd make pancakes with strawberry jam for breakfast, they loved them.

Here's a word to the wise.

Do not repeat my "clever" experiment I tried this morning.

I made pancakes with half white flour and half coconut flour (on the misguided theory they would
be healthier than all flour).

The results were so claggy as to be almost inedible:
