Lovely little dog. My nephews cat decides when its bedtime and nags him until he goes because he likes to sleep on the bed.

Perhaps we anthropomorphize them by imagining they have expressions on their furry faces but this cat's most common expression is "you bl***y idiot". Here he is showing his "dont disturb me Im planning something" face.

Other expressions are "me? I never did it" and "I love you daddy" when hes getting a cuddle.


Dogs seem to respond to human emotions much more than cats, but they were domesticated for thousands of years before we took in cats. Dogs are pack animals and look to humans as their leader.  Cats dont look to anyone unless it suits them.
