« on: Mar 04, 2020, 08:27:09 PM »
Although I am lucky as I don't suffer from dry skin , how ever my wife does  and iv come across many people who also suffer as a result , many
people spend a small fortune on cosmetics which can help with the problems of dry skin,

Q;  do you have any thoughts , or ideas or even remedies on how to combat this annoying problem, if so will you share your thoughts with us,.

I've found a gem of a cream that has helped my dry skin no end Alfred, it's called Judith Williams and she does a whole range of skin products for women of a certain age  :):)   For a home remedy Coconut Oil is supposed to be very good for dry skin.

We use E45. (It's been advertised on TV)  Not too expensive and works well for us.

I have dry flaky skin on my legs.  I've tried different creams but good old E 45 is inexpensive and does the trick.

I sometimes get it on my legs and I get a bottle of Diprobase Lotion, got it from the Doctor the first time but you can buy it in the chemist.

My chiropodist is always on at me to use cream on my feet. When I remember - been quite good of late - I use a generic E45.
