coronavirus and charity shops,
« on: Mar 14, 2020, 08:19:14 AM »
At this moment in time as the worlds scientist hurl everything into finding an antivirus to combat the covid-19, and were told as far as possible to avoid crowds,

much like your selves I too thought of other places such as libraries and charity shops amongst others, because this is a new virus , and with all the sensible advice being bandied around its hard knowing what to do,.

as the information says regular washing  your hands, and using gel , is the best advice that's assuming you have enough gel, in the first place as supplies seem to be hard to obtain, although I'm sure manufacturers will get this sorted out, and soon,

I'll be steering clear of charity shops and the library Alfred, no point in going to places if I don't HAVE to !

Same here, not going out for meals or to the pub either for the foreseeable. Plenty of fresh air and lots of beaches n woods here to play in.

Great Minds Think Alike. I was lying in bed this morning and it occurred to me that places like libraries and charity shops would present a greater risk than usual, so I decided to stay where I was.

Don’t know how well the virus would survive on the likes of wheelie bin handles, but apparently it will survive longer on plastic surfaces than anything else. Up to nine days has been quoted
Mike
Thank you for the days, the days you gave me.
