Just been announced that Kenny had died, aged 81.

I always enjoyed listening to him, especially teamed up with Dolly Parton  - Veronica also liked him both solo and with DP

Loved Ruby, Lucille, the Gambler, too many to mention and with Dolly as already mentioned.  Great singer will be missed.
