Got the free television license today joy still free !! Not so, free till July,it said, now an old pensioner I have enjoyed a free licence for some years. I can afford to pay, I get no other benefits except small part of the old age pension so would have thought that, the television license was a small bonus that this benefits rife country could afford. To some pensioners it will be a disaster. Not much joy around any more is there.
