Hopefully on it's way to you as the courier has realised the parcel shouldn't have been on his delivery manifest & redirected it back to the hub.

Maybe. Its gone back to where it started though. Coventry is nearer to me than Dunstable. I'll check if the tracking is still there for something that did arrive to see what the last leg was.

That came via Rubgy then Coventry. They may not have lost the parcel yet but they've certainly lost the plot....

Amazon is pretty good with delivery information.

They now leave our parcels outside the door & we get a notification on all the Echo devices that they've been delivered before the driver gets back in the van.

Ha - you should see some of the packages I get from abroad and the weird and wonderful routes they take. Not to mention some which I myself send to customers abroad,

I recently sent a package to a customer in Peru and it went via the USA. Then there was the one addressed to Australia and it ended in Germany. Packages have been known to roam around several states in the USA before reaching their destination.

It's in Rugby now so I imagine it will go on to Coventry again and then to me. It is likely to turn up damaged I expect after all the moving around. Or I'll be out.

Got to the bottom of it. A second computer part addressed to me with the same tracking number arrived. The seller must have printed my label twice and stuck it on both boxes. Having the same tracking number in the system twice clearly caused the Hermes system to throw a wobbler and sent my package on a merry dance.

After exchanging messages with the seller I posted the second bit on to the correct address an he gave me a £10 refund - £7.50 over the cost to me of postage.

I took delivery of a new exercise bike a week before lovkdown.
The first delivery date came & went with no delivery. Soon sorted out by the store who sold me the bike.
Fast forward today I get an email from a parcel carrier informing me they are due to deliver my exercise bike.
Anyone interested in a new exercise bike   ;D

I remember from a very old Gogglebox that Lee (with Jenny in the caravan) got box after box of a heater or something. Ended up with possibly 5 or even 7.
