Must be hard for mutual carers to self isolate.  As for me I got gate-fever when I broke my wrist and there was nothing else for it but get a lift to the walk-in centre.  My grand-daughter came in during the first two days to do things like changing the sheets [fitted one was difficult] trialling what was easy and what was dodgy.  We  went on from there. Daughter and son-in-law came next.  We have been careful and still are, masks, hand sanitizer and Anti-Bac wipes go everywhere with me and we social distance from others. But I have lived at least a 50% normal life since then.   I might have serious underlying conditions but seeing as I cannot see a doctor for anything, I wouldn't know!!!!
