Some Good News
« on: Jun 28, 2020, 05:38:28 PM »
I spotted this on Twitter earlier today, I haven't seen it on the ITV news :) was it on the ' in spite of Brexit' channel ? or maybe it's old news  ?  Trying to find good news gets more difficult as the days pass.

The European Space Agency has selected Leicester for its new space tech incubation centre. Expected to create 2,500 jobs, the 100m-plus Space Park Leicester development has already attracted global companies including Lockheed Martin, Thales, Airbus and Hewlett Packard.

Now you've lost me...….  :(     Just thinking 2,500 jobs created would have been in the MSM somewhere.  It was on Andrew Nield I read this and he commented on the lack of publicity this news has had.

The legacy media have a habit of not reporting good news, it's bad for discipline or some such. The Express reported it as 'something Andrew Neil tweeted', strange way of reporting it.

Run your compliments through a mangle to make them flatter.
